Enhancing Practices and Strengthening Core Competencies in Disaster Nursing through the Learning Hub (ECoDN - Hub)

ECoDN-Hub Project

In recent years earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics and other disasters have revealed the unique challenges of health emergencies and the need for preparedness. The project will utilise Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) technology to support the digital transformation of healthcare education. By engaging with these innovative tools, students, educators, and nurses will enhance their digital readiness and adaptability. Participants will gain resilience in navigating and using digital resources effectively as well as gaining the skills to prepare for a technology-driven future. The project's emphasis on developing and strengthening core skills in disaster nursing demonstrates a commitment to excellence in learning and skills development.
