Date: December 4, 2025 | Location / Format: Online Progress in AR/VR video and scenario preparations was evaluated at the 4th ECoDN-HUB Project Management Committee meeting. Åbo Akademi University and West University of Timișoara shared their updates and expectations regarding the video production process. Koç University presented the validation process, quality assurance measures, and implementation strategies for AR/VR scenarios. Additionally, partners' technical and financial reportings were reviewed, and joint evaluations and next steps for project progress were determined.
