Date: September 10, 2025 | Location / Format: Online Preparations for the 4th Transnational Project Meeting were addressed during the 3rd ECoDN-HUB Project Management Committee meeting. Alongside certificates of attendance and evaluation forms, expectations regarding scenario writing and AR/VR video templates were discussed. Representatives from Koç University, Åbo Akademi University, and West University of Timișoara shared their evaluations on the process. In the latter part of the meeting, budget management and technical-financial reporting processes were reviewed, and joint assessments were made to maintain project progress transparently.
